Causes of children's road traffic injuries: Crossing the road in the wrong place. Games on and near the roadway. Riding a bicycle, rollerblades, or other scooters on the roadway. Inattention to traffic lights. Entering the roadway due to standing cars, structures, green spaces and other obstacles. Wrong choice of place to cross the road when disembarking from a vehicle. Walking around vehicles in front or behind. Ignorance of the rules for crossing an intersection. Fleeing from danger in a stream of moving traffic.

experience of working on traffic rules for parents

With a master class

“Game activity as an effective means of teaching preschoolers safe behavior on the streets of villages and cities”

2015

PART I OF THE PRESENTATION

SLIDE1

Hello! Dear parents!

Today I would like to touch upon a very important and relevant topic at all times - the safety of children on the roads. Why? Because over the past 5 years there has not been a single accident on the roads involving children. The unity of our requirements for children is to teach them to behave correctly on the roads. To do this, as a teacher, I use the most effective way to teach traffic rules - GAME. The topic that our communication with you is devoted to is “Game activity as an effective means of teaching preschoolers safe behavior on the streets of villages and cities.”

SLIDE 2

Target My work in teaching traffic rules is to develop children's skills for safe behavior on the road.

How to develop safe behavior skills on the road in preschoolers? How do you think? (listens to the opinions of 2-3 parents.) In fact, the most important thing is to develop in children habit , that is, human behavior reinforced by repeated repetition:

The habit of stopping in front of the roadway;

The habit of looking at the road left and right with turning your head;

The habit of crossing the road only in the designated place;

The habit of taking care of your safety as a result of daily, painstaking work.

Your task as a parent who is close to your child’s environment is to help us teachers, consolidate the knowledge of children acquired during the learning process or develop in your childrenthe habit of following the rules of behavior on the roads.

The tasks facing me:

  • Preschoolers' acquisition of initial knowledge about the rules
  • safe behavior on the street;
  • Formation of qualitatively new motor skills and vigilant perception of the environment;
  • Developing in children the ability to anticipate possible danger in a specific changing situation and build adequate safe behavior.

SLIDE 3

It is very important to encourage children to participate in joint activities, and games will help with this.

To successfully work on this problem, I did a lot of work:

On organizing the developmental environment in the group;

On the introduction of traffic rules into the everyday life of children, with the variety of their manifestations in life situations, the ability to apply these rules in practice;

On the use of various games in practice (- role-playing; - moving; - didactic; - board-printed; - computer; - electronic didactic games).

SLIDE 4

A plot-based role-playing game based on traffic rules allows you to gain or consolidate the acquired knowledge in practice. Attributes are the main aspect necessary in this game. With children we use portable road signs, breast stencils for various types of transport, stop signs, batons, traffic controller uniforms, and so on (all of the above can be seen on the slide).

SLIDE 5

Using outdoor games, I develop special motor skills in children that allow them to coordinate their movements with the movements of others, to move correctly in accordance with the received signal, for example: “Arrow, turn arrow”, “Traffic light”, “To your signs!”, “Auto racing” ", "Red, yellow, green!", "If you drive more slowly, you'll keep going!", "Walk quickly, watch, don't yawn!"

SLIDE 6 With the use of didactic games, your children develop a visual understanding of road traffic, and consolidate knowledge about the rules of the road, for example in games such as; “Put the pictures in order”, “Fold the picture”, “Find the odd one out”, “What the driver needs”, “Good and bad deeds”, etc. (points to the slide). Role-playing and didactic games allow children to independently experience the situation on the road. After all, the game is something that is always close and interesting to them.

SLIDE7

And board and printed games are a very interesting activity for your children. They are varied in type: paired pictures, lotto, dominoes, puzzles, etc. Board and printed games make it possible to systematize children’s knowledge about traffic rules.

PART II OF THE PRESENTATION

SLIDE 1 MASTER CLASS

Dear parents! The purpose of our meeting is to teach you to consolidate at home, in the family circle, the knowledge acquired by children in kindergarten. You can strengthen children’s habits using all of the listed types of play activities.

The most relevant in our computer age are computer and electronic didactic games. Why do you think? (listens to the answers of 2-3 parents)

This type of game is also close to children. They develop mental abilities, cultivate strong-willed qualities, such as independence, composure, concentration, perseverance, determination, and also introduce the child to empathy, helping the heroes of games, thereby enriching his attitude to the world around him.

Now we will see in practice that a series of computer games allows modern children to become more familiar with the rules of the road, allow them to think about one or another task, complexity from low to high level. The most favorite computer games of preschoolers: - “Road rules for children”; - “Non-boring lessons”; - “Dragon studies the rules of the road” and others. Games come in different difficulty levels.

SLIDE 2

For example, a low difficulty level game for children, “Traffic Riddles.” Of course, you need to play with those who can read, since the majority of children cannot read.

The next game is a high level of difficulty “Luntik learns the rules.” Thanks to television programs, all children know who Luntik is (a kind, cultured creature).

First Luntik appears, who goes to visit all his friends. And completes tasks. In this game, children must not only know the rules of the road, but also apply them in practice. The game is very exciting, even for adults. If you complete all the tasks of all the heroes, you will be given a bonus in the form of a cartoon about Luntik.

And I want to offer you a game of medium difficulty level - “Smart Signs”, which is located in the upper right corner of the desktop. Children really enjoy playing it. Let's try it too.

First, click slide show on the taskbar at the top, then click at first. A picture appears with a drawn policeman, and to the left of him is an arrow with a car, indicating the continuation of the game. Click and read the task. Those who have already studied traffic signs can answer. Look carefully at the picture and think about the task, complete it by clicking on the correct picture. If it is correct, then click on the picture of the car and continue to complete the tasks further; if not, a picture with a cartoon Uncle appears and you need to repeat the answer by clicking on the picture of the steering wheel.

Whoever got the first answer with Uncle, show a red circle, whoever got a picture of a policeman, show a green circle. At the end of the game, click on the cross to exit.

Did you enjoy playing? And your children like it. I can provide you with these games for home learning, reinforcing traffic rules.

SLIDE 3

When teaching traffic rules, we study transport. With toy vehicles, children consolidate their acquired knowledge.

And now, I want to invite you to make a car with me out of ordinary things. Children have a completely different attitude towards toys made with their own hands - careful, because they did it themselves.

For this we will need 2 matchboxes, strips of colored paper, and decoration parts. The body is connected from the upper parts, the cabin from the lower parts, etc. (step-by-step explanation of the actions).

SLIDE 4

Take care of the child! Follow the traffic rules!

Remember: The road does not tolerate pranks - it punishes without pity. Thank God our children were not affected by this tragedy. Our children know how to behave on the roads,your task is to secure what? Habit...

Reflection

Dear parents! You have cards on your tables: red, green, yellow.

If everything was clear and interesting, raise the GREEN card.

If it is clear, but not very interesting, raise the YELLOW card.

If it is not clear and not interesting, pick up the RED card.

Thank you for your attention.

Relevance of the topic The problem of road safety in the modern world is one of the rather important problems. The speed and number of cars on the streets and roads of our city and country are rapidly increasing. Therefore, ensuring traffic safety is becoming an increasingly important task. Of particular importance in solving this problem is the early and proper preparation of our youngest pedestrians - children. From early childhood it is necessary to instill the basic knowledge of traffic rules. Correct understanding and observance of road signs, markings and the basic provisions of the Rules of the Road not only allow you to be a confident pedestrian and driver, it allows you to make the right decision in a critical situation on the road.

Traffic signs in riddles Hey, driver, be careful, It’s impossible to drive fast, People know everything in the world They go to this place (Children) If a friend’s bicycle Speeds you faster than rockets, You should never go Where you see this sign. (Bicycles are prohibited)

Rules for crossing an intersection An intersection is the most dangerous place for pedestrians and drivers. Streets intersect there, cars, buses, and trolleybuses drive by. At an intersection there may be a traffic light and a traffic controller with a whistle and baton. He stands in the center of the intersection for everyone to see and directs traffic.

An intersection with a traffic controller. The traffic controller's baton is raised straight up. The movement of vehicles and pedestrians is prohibited! The traffic controller's right hand is extended forward, and the left hand is lowered down. Pedestrians can cross the road only behind the traffic controller's back. The traffic controller communicates with drivers and pedestrians using signs that he shows with his wand. These signs are very simple, let's figure them out together! The traffic controller stands straight and holds the stick down or parallel to his arms outstretched to the sides - you can cross the road only in front of the traffic controller or behind his back.

Guard S. Mikhalkov “My Street” A clever guard is on duty here at any time. He controls everyone at once who is in front of him on the pavement. No one in the world can do this with one movement of the hand. Stop the flow of passers-by and let trucks pass. Traffic rules in verse

Traffic signs in riddles If you are going with a friend to the zoo or to the cinema, You will have to make friends with this sign anyway, And it will take you quickly, deftly Sign... (Bus stop) This sign will help you find out where the bus or trolleybus stops.

Traffic light The traffic light is the most important thing on the road; both drivers and pedestrians obey it. It has one leg and three round eyes: the top one is red, the middle one is yellow, and the bottom one is green. He can be seen on the streets and crossroads of the city, where he stands and alternately blinks his multi-colored eyes. The traffic light indicates who can drive or walk and who needs to stay put. Everyone must obey him. Traffic light for pedestrians. It depicts two men - red and green. The red man is depicted standing, and the green man is depicted walking. The red man lights up, which means stay still, you can’t cross the road! As soon as the green walking man lights up, you can safely cross the road.

Traffic rules in verse by Irina Gurina “Baby traffic light” The traffic light is waiting for us to visit. Illuminates the transition. The red eye lit up: He wants to detain us. If red there is no way. There is a red light and you can't go. The yellow light is not very strict: Wait, there is no road for us yet. The bright yellow eye is lit: All movement is worth it! Finally, the green eye opens the way for us. Striped crossing awaits young pedestrians!!!

Cars with flashing lights You are about to cross the street and suddenly you see this picture: an ambulance is driving, there is a flashing light on the roof, all the cars give way to it, and pedestrians stand still and do not cross the street, although the green light is on. Know that this is a special vehicle coming! Everyone gives way to him, both drivers and pedestrians, because he is in a hurry to help those who are in trouble.

Cars with flashing lights Special transport is an ambulance, a fire truck, a rescue service and a police car. These cars have a sound signal called a siren and a flashing light on the roof - a blue or red flashing light. If this light is on, show your concern and give way.

We are driving a car. You find yourself in a car and immediately become a passenger. Therefore, you have some responsibilities. First, be sure to fasten your seat belt in your car seat. Secondly, do not distract the driver from driving. Thirdly, do not under any circumstances open the car doors until you are given permission! Fourth, never get out of the car until you are sure that another car, motorcycle or bus is not driving past.

It is important that parents set an example for their children in following traffic rules! Don't rush, cross the road at a measured pace! When going out onto the road, stop talking - the child must get used to the fact that when crossing the road you need to concentrate. Do not cross the road when the traffic light is red or yellow. Cross the road only in places marked with the “Pedestrian Crossing” road sign.

It is important that parents set an example for their children in following traffic rules! Get off the bus, trolleybus, tram, taxi first. Otherwise, the child may fall or run onto the road. Invite your child to participate in your observations of the situation on the road: show him those cars that are preparing to turn, driving at high speed, etc. Do not leave with your child from behind a car or bushes without first inspecting the roads - this is a typical mistake, and children should not be allowed to repeat it.

It is important that parents set an example for their children in following traffic rules! Dedicate a separate walk to the rules of crossing the road. Check whether your child understands them correctly and knows how to use this knowledge in real driving situations. To do this, practice crossing a pedestrian crossing together through a one-way and two-way roadway, through controlled and unregulated intersections. During vacation, it doesn’t matter whether your child stays in the city or leaves, you need to take every opportunity to remind him of the rules of the road. Do not leave children unattended on the street, do not allow them to play near the roadway. Teach children to follow traffic rules from an early age. And don’t forget that personal example is the most intelligible form of learning.

  • Guys, you and I know that there are a lot of cars driving along the street. How can you and I cross the road? What will help us with this? What should we know?

"Around the city, along the street,

They don't just walk around like that.

When you don't know the rules

It's easy to get into trouble.

Be careful all the time

And remember in advance:

They have their own rules

Driver and pedestrian!!!"

What helps us cross the road correctly?

To avoid getting into trouble on the street, road signs and road markings come to our aid.

Where can you cross the street?

This sign is quite simple,

But so reliable

He helps us cross the road along the way.

Footpath.

Where this sign hangs,

The path is open to pedestrians.

And it is clear to all passersby:

It's safe to walk here.

Our most important assistant is the traffic light.

By the road, in a house without a garden and a porch, dwarves live, two nice little men: they don’t play dominoes, tag or hide-and-seek, but look out the window all day. Is everything okay there? The green gnome says: - Everything is calm. The way is open! If it comes out red, it means the path is dangerous! And dark day and night, the windows in it do not go out: Here comes a green gnome, Here comes a red one. Little people have an important and difficult job - Careless citizens Blink at the crossing! You are the driver, don't rush!

You need to obey without arguing

Wait, let the pedestrian pass.

Be careful children!

Warning - slow down the gas

Hanging, drivers for you

The school sign here says “Children”

We are all responsible for them.

Men at work.

Road Works Sign

Appeared ahead.

The road is being repaired here...

Be careful on the way.

We can be more than just pedestrians.

Ride a bike

Adults and children love it.

With this sign it will become clear

Where is it safe to ride?

THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION OF WORK IS FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF CHILDREN'S SKILLS AND SKILLS OF SAFE BEHAVIOR IN THE SURROUNDING ROAD TRANSPORT ENVIRONMENT 1. Development in children of the cognitive processes they need for correct and safe orientation on the street 2. Formation in children of skills and abilities to monitor the road situation , as well as the formation of sustainable positive habits of safe behavior on the street 3. Instilling discipline and conscious compliance with traffic rules, a culture of behavior in the road transport process

PRINCIPLES OF ORGANIZING THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS: Sequences - any new stage in a child’s education is based on what has already been mastered in the previous one. Visual – children must see, hear, touch everything themselves and thereby realize their desire for knowledge. Activities – involving the child in playful, educational, and search activities in order to stimulate an active life position. Integration - the integrativeness of all types of children's activities implemented in the educational process. Differentiated approach - solves the problems of effective pedagogical assistance to children in improving their personality, promotes the creation of special pedagogical situations that help to reveal the psychophysical, personal abilities and capabilities of students. Age-appropriate - the same content is used for work in different groups with complication appropriate to the age characteristics of children. The continuity of interaction with a child in a preschool institution and family - nothing convinces better than the example of parents.

We all live in a society where we must comply with certain norms and rules of conduct in a traffic environment. Often, the culprits of road accidents are children themselves, who play near roads, cross the street in the wrong places, and incorrectly enter and exit vehicles.

However, preschool children are a special category of pedestrians and passengers. They cannot be approached with the same standards as adults, because for them a literal interpretation of the Rules of the Road is unacceptable, and the normative presentation of the responsibilities of pedestrians and passengers in road vocabulary inaccessible to them requires abstract thinking from preschoolers and complicates the process of learning and education.

That is why in preschool age it is necessary to teach children safe behavior on the streets, roads, in transport and traffic rules. Both parents and teachers should take part in this.

Having studied the problem of familiarizing children with traffic rules and seeing the relevance of this problem at the present stage, we have developed a series of presentations on traffic rules for preschoolers.

The presentation is aimed at developing the foundations for safe behavior of preschool children on city streets by introducing multimedia technologies into the educational process of kindergartens. A presentation on traffic rules can be used both individually and in group classes.

Goals and objectives of the presentation:

  1. Introduce preschoolers to the rules and norms of safe behavior to gain social experience.
  2. To develop children's ability to navigate on the street using symbolic means of traffic.
  3. The ability to plan the stages of your actions and justify your choice.
  4. Develop safe behavior skills on the road.
  5. Make children aware of the importance of following traffic rules.

Equipment: laptop or computer with multimedia equipment, speakers.
