Solving problems that arise when working with the transport module

Can't open a module or data is not entering the program? The reason may lie in blocking the connection of the UTM address for EGAIS or its use by other applications.

First, make sure that JaCarta is in the PC with the transport module installed.

Try to open the UTM in several ways, for example, using the menu in the lower left corner of the desktop, where you will find the module icon and by clicking on it load the required page, or do it through the "Control Panel" and "Administration" sections, and in the "Services" section find the line: Transport-Updater, which is launched in two mouse clicks.

    Before registering in a personal account for accepting alcohol, an organization must:

    • have a JaCarta crypto-key with SE PKI / GOST crypto-provider;
    • have a UKEP for secure communication with the EGAIS.

    Only after that, independently or with the help of UTM, they register in their personal account, purchase a program for working with the Unified State Automated Information System or modernize the inventory system to comply with the technical requirements of the Unified State Automated Information System.

    After that, the connection is performed, the RSA key is generated and the transport module is loaded.

    The connection to the EGAIS includes next steps:

    • writing to the key of the enhanced qualified electronic signature certificate;
    • entrance to your personal account on the official website of the EGAIS.

    Generating an RSA key

    • click on the certificate in your personal account;
    • click "Get the key";
    • select the required item in the list that opens.

    With internet connection

    When installing the universal transport module, the user does the following:

    • right-clicking on the saved file as administrator;
    • opening the installation wizard for the universal transport module;
    • selection of the installation folder;
    • selection of the folder for creating a shortcut;
    • click on the "Next" button;
    • selection of an additional proposed task (create a shortcut on the desktop);
    • clicking on "Install";
    • click on the "Finish" button when the corresponding dialog box appears.

    The UTM installation algorithm includes the following actions:

    • launching the module distribution kit as administrator;
    • waiting for the end of the installation;

    How to check the work

    The correct operation of the transport module is checked when you enter the access address created when setting up the store in the address bar of the browser. If the module is installed correctly, after entering localhost: 8080, the window displays information about the version of the transport module.

    • run them as administrator;

    Then the functionality of the universal transport module is checked by entering "localhost: 8080" in the address bar of the browser.

    Configuring and Updating

    Connect UTM in the "Administration" section by clicking the "Nomenclature settings" and "Exchange settings with EGAIS" buttons, and checking the box next to the phrase "Alcoholic products".

    The transport module is updated automatically for all users at any time. The documentation base of the old module will also be removed, so users are advised to save the base and update the UTM version manually. For this:

    • stop the transport service;
    • start the StopDaemon.bat file;
    • download the latest version of the UTM installation file from the official website of EGAIS;
    • uninstall the old version;
    • install a new one;
    • when the window for permission to "Java" appears, set "Private networks" and "Allow access";
    • in the dialog box that appears, enter the PIN for the certificate, make a "Search" and check the box next to the phrase "Use certificate ...";
    • click on the "Next" button;
    • choose "No proxy" or enter proxy settings;
    • enter the PIN for GOST, press the "Search" button.

    After that, a dialog box will open asking you to use the old version. Press "OK" and select the path to the transportDB folder. When the phrase "Installation completed successfully" appears, click on the "Next" button and check the correctness of the work.
