After the Internet from MGTS 2Kom, it seemed to me heavenly manna, and the fact that they came on Sunday and repaired their equipment, which flooded after a rainstorm in the attic of my house, seemed to me the height of customer focus. In technical support, they had polite guys who were easy to get through, and all problems with the broken Internet were solved more or less quickly.

Therefore, when I changed my place of residence, I decided to connect again to 2Kom, since the tariff offers of all providers in terms of price and speed are almost the same, and I trusted 2Kom.

And now 2 weeks ago the Internet stops working for me. There is no debt, but there is a yellow triangle that indicates a connection without access to the Internet. I called technical support. Now there are no direct calls, and first you need to tell your story to the operator, who checks the availability of arrears and the fact of line failures, and only then transfers your call to technical support. I realized right away that the operators and technical support specialists do not undergo any training on how to talk to a client and how not to. And their path: all conversations are recorded in order to improve service - nothing more than - to be like everyone else. Firstly, every second (and I called there almost every day, because there was no improvement for the whole week) speaks in a tone that reads: "How you got me all tired" ... Secondly, they often interrupt client without even apologizing. Thirdly, when the operator switches to technical support, you just hang on the line, and if it is overloaded (or maybe no one wants to answer?), Then the beeps are cut off. There is no automatic notification how long you wait. And you again need to dial the number, tell the operator that the Internet does not work for you, the contract number, and so on several times.

For 8 days in a row I called technical support, no matter how many times I called there, they told me something like the following: "I'm looking now, and everything works for me. You have some internal problems." Yeah, the client has nothing to do and no one to talk to.

The first specialist said that my router was broken. Ok, I bought a new router. Does not work.

The second call: everything works for me, it’s your plug is out of order. They pressed the plug. By the way, 2kom cooperates with some kind of plug repair company. So, leaving them costs 600 rubles, and replacing the plug for another 300 rubles. Total: 900. Do they take a taxi to the client? All over Moscow couriers take 300 or even less. So when I said that it was expensive, this guy called me for 4 more days until I added him to the black list. Plugs are not breaking now, apparently.

After repairing the plug, the Internet began to fall off less often. But still fall off. And just as suddenly, work again. And one more problem - the speed is still not the same. 10 minutes the connection speed stated in the contract, then half an hour - no more than 20 megabits, which means that the mobile Internet is faster. But more often not more than 20, despite the fact that I pay for 70.

I'm calling tech support again.

"And everything works for me. This is your router. This is your plug. This is your computer is broken, go with another, it will work."

A week passed between this call and the previous ones! For a week, 2Kom's client suffered with the Internet not working, and they tried to prove to him that everything worked. I don’t believe that only the last operator saw the losses. Or is his name Alexander Sheps, who is a psychic?

But early on I was happy. The nearest departure of the master was possible only after 2 weeks, and even God bless him that during working hours.

Rather, 2Kom has a problem with the craftsmen on the road, since there is such an expectation, and the management asks to draw up applications for the master's departure only in the most extreme cases - such as lightning hit and half a block without the Internet. This is where these quirks come from: "And everything works for me."

True, the next day a girl from 2Kom called me, who said in a cheerful voice: We have entered your position, the master will be able to drive up to you tomorrow from so-and-so (also during working hours), can you? By the way, then I switched to another provider, and everything works for me at normal speed. But 2KOM decided not to leave me alone !!!
