The procedure for receiving and considering applications from citizens sent through the official website of the Ministry of Defense Russian Federation

Please, before sending an appeal to the Minister of Defense of the Russian Federation in the form of an electronic document, carefully read the following information.

1. Appeals sent in the form of an electronic document through the official website of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation are sent to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation and are considered by authorized officials of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

2. Before sending an appeal in the form of an electronic document, you must:

2.1. it is obligatory to indicate in the electronic questionnaire:

2.1.1. surname, first name, patronymic of the person concerned, or the position of the person to whom you are sending an appeal in the form of an electronic document;

2.1.2. your last name, first name, patronymic (the latter - if available);

2.1.3. address Email to which the response should be sent, notification of the call forwarding;

2.2. state the essence of the proposal, application, complaint in the text entry field of the appeal in the form of an electronic document.

3. The response to your appeal in the form of an electronic document or a notification of its forwarding is sent in the form of an electronic document to the e-mail address (e-mail) specified by you
in circulation in the form of an electronic document.

4. In the mandatory field for entering the text of the appeal in the form of an electronic document, you set out the essence of the proposal, statement or complaint in accordance with Art. 7 Federal law dated May 2, 2006 No. 59-FZ "On the Procedure for Considering Applications of Citizens of the Russian Federation".

If the text of your appeal does not allow you to determine the essence of the proposal, application or complaint, the response to the appeal is not given and it is not subject to being sent for consideration to officials, in accordance with their competence, about which you will be informed within seven days from the date of registration of the appeal ...

5. If necessary, in support of your arguments, you have the right to attach to the appeal Required documents and materials in electronic form.

You can attach the necessary documents and materials in electronic form in any sequence by independent file attachments without archiving (attachment file) in one of two different types of acceptable formats:

text (graphic) format: pdf, doc, docx, rtf, xls, xlsx, jpg, png, tif, gif; up to 5 MB each.

Other formats are not processed in the information systems of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

6. If the text sent by you in the form of an electronic document contained in the text entry field of the appeal in the form of an electronic document does not contain a proposal, statement or complaint, but only a link to the application (file attachment) or to the content of the Internet site, then the appeal does not is subject to consideration in accordance with the procedure established by the Federal Law of May 2, 2006 No. 59 "On the Procedure for Considering Appeals from Citizens of the Russian Federation", about which you will be notified.

7. We draw attention to the order of consideration of individual appeals, provided for in Art. 11 of the Federal Law of May 2, 2006 No. 59-FZ "On the Procedure for Considering Applications of Citizens of the Russian Federation".

8. When you send your appeals regarding the appeal of court decisions, it is necessary to keep in mind the following.

According to the Constitution of the Russian Federation, justice in Russia is administered only by the court. The judiciary is independent and operates independently of the legislative and executive branches. The decisions of the judiciary are appealed against in accordance with the procedural procedure established by law.

9. If you send an appeal containing a question affecting the interests of an indefinite circle of persons, the answer to which was posted on this site, then within seven days from the date of registration of the appeal, you will be informed of the email address of the page of this site "Frequently Asked Questions" at which posted the answer to the question posed in your appeal.

11. In case of a request for archival information (archival certificates, extracts, copies of archival documents), a citizen must indicate his last name, first name and patronymic, postal address, draw up and attach a request questionnaire to the appeal (request form for military service on appeal , request form for military personnel under the contract, request form for civilians), filled out on the merits.

12. Applications received with incomplete or inaccurate information about the sender, without specifying the mandatory details of the citizen, are not subject to consideration.

13. The Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation reserves the right to clarify the accuracy of information about the sender of the request, as well as, if necessary, the content of the request.

Attention!

In accordance with the law of the Russian Federation "On State Secrets", it is prohibited to indicate information constituting a state secret in circulation, as well as other information of limited distribution.

In the event that a response to an appeal cannot be given without disclosing information constituting a state secret or other information of limited distribution, the citizen who sent the appeal is informed that it is impossible to give an answer on the merits in connection with
with the inadmissibility of disclosing the specified information.

Applications in the form of an electronic document sent to the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, bypassing the proposed input form, will not be accepted for consideration.
