Authorized Service Center(hereinafter "ASC") is a legally independent enterprise providing a service agreement with services for after-sales and pre-sale warranty maintenance of equipment of the Brands of the AT Trade companies sold.

Spare parts- means the original parts of the Devices supplied by AT Trade for Repair, which are not complete Devices, consumables, as well as parts for which the Client can independently replace.

Customer- a person or company who applied for a service in the ASC.

Warranty repair is a free Repair of the Device belonging to the Client, performed by ASC in accordance with the terms of the Warranty during the Warranty Period.

Post-warranty repair- this is a paid Repair of the Goods belonging to the User performed by the ASC, carried out after the expiration of the Warranty period, but within the service life.

Guarantee period- the period during which the Client has the right to carry out Warranty repairs in the ASC. The duration of this period is established by AT Trade, taking into account the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

ASC fulfillment of warranty obligations includes consideration of claims of Consumers about its quality and completeness during the warranty or post-warranty period of operation. Based on the results of the consideration of claims, their acceptance or rejection is carried out, and if accepted, the repair or replacement of the defective Device with a serviceable one is carried out at the expense of AT Trade.

2. Criteria for the selection of new Authorized Service Centers ("Authorization program")

2.1. Availability of authorizations of other vendors

In the absence of secondaryization of other vendors, the issue of authorization is resolved individually. AT Trade reserves the right to make a decision on authorization.

2.2. Requirements for the premises

To ensure normal conditions for working with consumers, the Candidate must have:

  • A separate entrance with a sign that must indicate the name and schedule of work;
  • Equipped separate room for receiving visitors, receiving and issuing the Device. It is prohibited to combine the premises for repair and the premises for working with visitors;
  • Computer in the room for receiving visitors. All information about the received and issued equipment must be entered into a computer database;
  • Information board in the reception area with the name, price list, service rules and other documents in accordance with the law;
  • Dedicated and equipped storage room for Devices accepted for repair and repaired;
  • Equipped storage space for spare parts;
  • Availability of appropriately equipped repair facilities necessary for the fulfillment of obligations under the Service Agreement for the Devices;
  • Availability of a set of tools and equipment that allows for qualified repairs.
  • A computer of the IBM PC type with an Internet connection.

2.3. Territorial location

To create maximum customer accessibility, the Applicant should not be located:

  • Next to the SC already having AT Trade Authorization
  • Out of city.

2.4. Requirement for authorization

AT Trade will assess the population and sales of AT Trade Devices in the region where the Applicant is located. Based on the results, a decision will be made on the need for authorization.

2.5. The procedure for passing the authorization procedure

Step 1: If the Applicant is interested in becoming an AT Trade Authorized Service Center and meets the selection criteria listed in Chapter 2, he will send the following information by email to the address:

  • Completed Authorization form in the established form (see Appendix 1 (Candidate Authorization Form));
  • Photos (no more than 1 MB each): view from the street, type of acceptance, workplace foreman, warehouse of spare parts;
  • Presentation of the Candidate (if any).

ATTENTION! If the Candidate has several acceptance / branch offices, it is necessary to fill in the Authorization form for each of them.

Step 2: AT Trade verifies that the Applicant meets the criteria listed in Chapter 2. If the authorization criteria are met, AT Trade informs the Applicant within 10 (ten) business days about the possibility of assigning the status of ASC AT Trade.

ATTENTION! AT Trade Company reserves the right to refuse authorization to the Candidate. In this case, the Authorization form and photos of the Candidate go to the archive and in the future the Candidate can be reviewed by AT Trade again.

Step 3: After making a positive decision on the authorization of the SC within 5 (five) working days, the companies conclude a Service Agreement and approve the reporting deadlines that are convenient for both parties.

Step 4: AT Trade places the contact details of the ACC and its acceptance, to which the Authorization forms were sent, on the website in the "Contacts" section.

Further cooperation is carried out in working order on the basis of the requirements of the Service Agreement.

2.6. Authorization period

2.7. Conditions for terminating authorization

In case of non-observance of the ASC's obligations specified in the service agreement or violation of the terms of the Service Policy, AT Trade reserves the right to deprive the ASC of authorization before the end of the authorization period.

Control over compliance with the terms of the Service Policy is carried out by analyzing the provided Warranty Reports, monitoring information from various open sources, direct checks and customer opinions.

2.8. Candidate Authorization Form

The candidate is fully responsible for the correct filling of the authorization form: contact persons, addresses Email, phones, information to be indicated on the AT Trade website, postal addresses etc.
