    16. How do I find a procedure?

    • To display the procedures that are in the archive stage, select the “Archive” item in the “Procedures” menu.

    17. How to apply for participation in the procurement procedure?

    To submit an application for participation in the procurement procedure, you must enter the LC on the ETP, select the procedure in the list of Actual procedures, then click on the "Prepare application" icon in the line corresponding to the procedure or the selected procedure lot (for a multi-lot procedure). A page with general information about the lot and filling forms, fill in the fields provided in the form, upload the files, then click "Submit", a window with data verification will appear on the screen, then click "Sign", then confirm the action of the ES. It is necessary to activate the Member's tariff plan. In the absence of an activated tariff plan The procurement participant cannot apply for participation in the procedure.

    18. How to apply for participation in the Market Survey procedure?

    To apply for participation in the “Market Survey” procedure, you will need to select the “Polls” menu item in the “Actual procedures” section. The "Market Survey" form will open with a list of published procedures. To submit an application in the "Operations" column, you will need to select the "Prepare an application" icon opposite the selected lot. Clicking on it will open the application form, which will contain only the "Commercial part of the offer" tab. The composition of the tab fields is similar to the "Commercial part of the offer" tab when submitting an offer for the "Request for quotations" purchase procedure. It is necessary to fill in the fields provided in the form, upload the files, then click "Submit an application", a window with data verification will appear on the screen, then click "Sign", then confirm the action of the electronic signature.

    19. How can I view the status of the submitted application for participation?

    To view the status of the submitted application for participation in your personal account, you must go to the menu "Procurement procedures" -> "My applications" -> "Basic" / "Qualifying". A form with a list of submitted applications will open, which provides an opportunity to view the contents of each application, check their integrity and withdraw applications for not yet completed procedures.

    If it is necessary to withdraw the application before the deadline for accepting applications, it is enough to use the corresponding pictogram, read the confirmation of the withdrawal of the application and, in case of consent, sign its electronic signature.

    Cancellation of the application for participation in the procurement procedure after the end of the acceptance of applications for participation in it is possible only with the consent of the Organizer, therefore, when using the appropriate icon, the form "Request for withdrawal of the application" opens. If necessary, you can attach documents to the request for withdrawal of the application by uploading them to the Documents block. To send a request, the Organizer should click the "Sign and send" button, read the text of the request being sent and, in case of consent, sign these ES actions.

    20. Are there preferential conditions on the ETP for accredited organizations in several sections?

    The “Partner Section 2” tariff plan is provided for the Participants of procurement procedures, which are suppliers of large Customers PJSC NK Rosneft, LLC Gazprom Burenie, OJSC Russian Railways.

    The tariff plan can be selected and paid by the Participant only under the condition of the valid tariff “Partner (12 months) on another Section of the ETP of JSC“ TEK-Torg ”.
