II. Job responsibilities

Deputy Director for Technical Affairs:

  1. Organizes work on issues within his functional responsibilities.
  2. Provides technical maintenance of buildings and technical equipment.
  3. Ensures the availability of documentation provided for by regulatory requirements for buildings, premises, equipment of the enterprise.
  4. Ensures the timely implementation of repair and construction works and the availability, and, if necessary, the preparation of the necessary technical documentation for these works.
  5. Organizes the planning of repair and construction works, technical and financial control over the timing, quality of repair and construction work.
  6. Carries out acceptance of new and renovated objects.
  7. Ensures the availability of construction and repair materials, spare parts and other things during the work, controls their rational use.
  8. It plans, agrees on volumes, terms, organizes and ensures the timely carrying out of current repairs.
  9. Carries out control and ensures the good condition of the elevators, compliance with the rules of their operation and carrying out preventive examinations and timely repairs.

  11. Ensures uninterrupted operation of water supply, heating, sewerage and ventilation equipment at the enterprise. Keeps track of the justified and economical use of water and heat energy.
  12. Develops and submits for approval instructions and proposals for taking measures to improve fire and emergency safety, eliminate safety violations.
  13. Carries out daily (before the opening of the enterprise) control of the readiness of the enterprise for work, including the condition of buildings, premises, equipment.
  14. Informs the director about the existing shortcomings in the work of the enterprise, the measures taken to eliminate them.
  15. Observes and controls compliance by employees with labor and production discipline, labor protection rules and regulations, industrial sanitation and hygiene requirements, fire safety, emergency safety and civil defense requirements.
  16. Ensures that the employees are informed and fulfilled the orders and orders of the administration of the enterprise concerning issues related to the functional responsibilities of the Deputy Director for technical part.
  17. Does not give interviews, does not hold meetings and negotiations concerning the activities of the enterprise, without the permission of the director of the enterprise.

III. Rights

The Deputy Director for Technical Affairs has the right to:

  1. Give orders and instructions on issues within his functional responsibilities.
  2. Monitor the observance of safety and fire safety rules by the employees of the enterprise and take appropriate measures to eliminate them.
  3. Submit proposals on the application of disciplinary measures against employees of the enterprise who have committed gross violations of safety and fire safety rules, labor discipline, as well as on their de-bonuses based on the results of work.
  4. Make proposals to the General Director of the enterprise to improve the work of the enterprise.

IV. A responsibility

The Deputy Director for Technical Affairs is responsible for:

  1. For failure to fulfill their functional duties.
  2. For inaccurate information about the status of the execution of tasks and orders received, violation of the deadlines for their execution.
  3. For non-observance of orders, directives of the director.
  4. For violation of the Internal Labor Regulations, fire safety and safety rules established at the enterprise.
  5. For the state of safety and compliance with fire safety rules at the enterprise.
  6. For disclosing commercial secrets.
