It has been established that the title of the position "teacher-librarian" is used in educational institutions implementing educational programs of primary general, basic general, secondary (complete) general education (hereinafter - institutions), and is subject to new job descriptions of the librarian-teacher and school employees.

In connection with the legal introduction of a new vacancy "teacher-librarian", which is classified as a position of teaching staff, a number of issues arise that need to be clarified and resolved as a matter of priority. These include the following questions, the answers to which will be presented below.

1. Does it mean that in connection with the approval of the qualification characteristics of the position of “teacher-librarian”, the presence of this vacancy in the libraries of educational institutions becomes mandatory, and the positions of librarians are subject to exclusion from the staff lists of institutions?

2. If there is a position of a librarian in the state of the institution, should it be replaced by the position of a teacher-librarian?

3. If a decision is made to introduce the position of a teacher-librarian to the staff of an institution, are the managers obliged to satisfy the requirements of the librarians of these institutions to transfer them to the position of a teacher-librarian?

4. Do the benefits and the procedure for pensions established for teachers apply to librarian teachers?

5. Under what conditions can teacher librarians perform additional teaching employment?

6. What are the conditions for remuneration of teachers-librarians, who determines them and what determines the size of the official salary?

7. Does the attestation procedure established for other teachers apply to librarian teachers?

The procedure for introducing the position of a teacher-librarian to the staff of the institution

The emergence of a new position of employees and the approval of the qualification characteristics of the position of "teacher-librarian" does not mean that all positions of librarians, including heads of libraries, must be excluded from the staff lists of institutions, according to the job description of a librarian-teacher.

The bodies exercising management in the field of education are not entitled to instruct educational institutions to make changes to their staffing tables, including the exclusion of the position of a librarian and the inclusion of the position of a teacher-librarian in the staffing table of the school instead, since, in accordance with Art. . 32 of the Law of the Russian Federation of July 10, 1992 No. 3266-1 “On Education” (hereinafter referred to as the Law of the Russian Federation “On Education”), the establishment of the structure and staffing of an educational institution is within the competence of the educational institution itself.

Hence, heads of institutions have the right to independently make decisions on the staffing and naming of positions of employees who will ensure work with the library fund and information resources in the institution, since this activity is the main one for both the librarian and the teacher-librarian.

In large educational institutions with a large number of classes, in the presence of objective working conditions for teachers and financial opportunities in school libraries, the work can be performed by several specialists, including both librarians and teacher librarians.

Therefore, if the institution deems it appropriate, taking into account the available resources, including financial opportunities, to have the position of a teacher-librarian on the staff, then To do this, it is necessary to make appropriate changes to the staffing of the institution. If the staffing table provides for a vacancy for a library worker, but it is not expected to be retained, then this vacancy should be excluded from the staffing table and another required position should be introduced.

If the position of a librarian is occupied, then after the issuance of an appropriate order to amend the staffing table, the employer will need to carry out a number of actions provided for when reducing teaching staff, including:

notify the specialist personally in writing against signature at least two months in advance of a possible dismissal due to staff reduction and offer him an available job (both for a vacant position or the corresponding qualification of a specialist, and a vacant lower position or lower-paid job), which the specialist can perform taking into account his state of health (the employer is obliged to offer the specialist all the vacancies that meet the specified requirements that he has in the given area);

notify in writing no later than two months before the start of the relevant event government bodies employment services (clause 2, article 25 of the Law of the Russian Federation of 04/19/1991 No. 1032-1 (as amended on 07/11/2011) "On employment in the Russian Federation") and the elected body of the primary trade union organization of this institution (part 1 of Art. 82 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (hereinafter referred to as the Labor Code of the Russian Federation)).

If a specialist holding the position of a librarian agrees to the employer's proposal to transfer to the position of a teacher-librarian, then appropriate changes are made to his employment contract by concluding an additional agreement. Taking into account that the employee's labor function changes, as well as the terms of the employment contract, it is advisable to additional agreement provide for the presentation of the employment contract in a new edition. In addition, the employer issues an order to transfer the employee to this position.

If a specialist refuses to be transferred to another place or if the employer does not have a job corresponding to the qualifications of the employee (including when the employee who held the position of a librarian does not have higher education required to occupy the position of a teacher-librarian), the employment contract after two months is terminated according to paragraph 2 of part 1 of Art. 81 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.

Dismissal of employees who are members of the trade union, on the grounds provided for in paragraph 2 of part 1 of Art. 81 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, produced in accordance with Art. 373 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, taking into account the reasoned opinion of the elected body of the primary trade union organization and the provision of social and labor guarantees in connection with the reduction in the number or staff of employees (payment of severance pay, maintaining average earnings for the period before employment, etc.).

Violation by the employer statutory procedures for dismissal of a downsizing specialist or staff in a judicial proceeding may result in: recognition of the dismissal as illegal and unreasonable; reinstatement of an employee at a previous job; payment to him of average earnings for the time of forced absenteeism and compensation for non-pecuniary damage; legal liability of the employer for violation of labor laws.

It should also be taken into account that in certain cases, when the employer decides on recruitment issues, including when appointing a teacher-librarian or transferring a librarian to this position, it is allowed to hire (transfer) persons whose qualification level does not meet the qualification requirements characteristics, for which the special provisions contained in the section "General Provisions" of the Qualification Characteristics of the Positions of Educational Workers are applied.

So, paragraph 9 of the section "General Provisions" of the Qualification Characteristics of the Positions of Educational Workers provides that persons who do not have special training or work experience established in the "Qualification Requirements" section, but who have sufficient practical experience and competence, perform qualitatively and in full scope of the duties assigned to them, on the recommendation of the attestation commission, they can be appointed to the corresponding vacancies in the same way as persons with special training and work experience.

Positions of employees in the libraries of institutions and their functional responsibilities

When deciding on the staffing (names of vacancies) of libraries of institutions, it is necessary to take into account the differences in the duties of librarians and teacher-librarians.

The duties of librarians are determined by the qualification characteristic approved by the order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russia dated March 30, 2011 No. 251n “On Approval of the Unified Qualification Reference Book for the Positions of Managers, Specialists and Employees, Section “Qualification Characteristics of the Positions of Workers in Culture, Art and Cinematography”” (registered with the Ministry of Justice of Russia on May 24, 2011). 2011, registration number 20838).

It should be taken into account that the duties of librarians do not include the performance of pedagogical activities, therefore, if they are actually performed, with the consent of the employees, such pedagogical work should be paid additionally.

So, with the appropriate training, school librarians, as well as other employees of general educational institutions (heads, their deputies, educational psychologists, educators, etc.), can carry out teaching activities in any academic subject, course, discipline or individual topic that provided for by the curriculum or educational program, or to conduct classes in a circle.

For teaching work, library specialists should be paid additional payment in the manner and under the conditions established for teachers or teachers of additional education, depending on its content. At the same time, teaching work carried out in addition to the main work in the same educational institution without employment position, is not considered part-time and can, with the permission of the head of the institution, be performed in the main work time.

teacher-librarian, according to the approved qualification characteristic, in addition to working with the library fund and information resources is made a duty pedagogical work. It can be associated with participation in the implementation of the main educational program of primary general, basic general, secondary (complete) general education, as well as with the implementation of additional education for students, pupils in the cultural development of the individual, promoting reading, supporting interest in literature, developing literature and forming an information culture. , development of innovative technologies, methods and forms of library and information activities in circle, club and other forms of work. Pedagogical work, which is part of the main duties of a teacher-librarian, is not subject to additional payment.

At the same time, it should be specially noted that, at the suggestion of the All-Russian Trade Union of Educational Workers, when agreeing on the draft qualification characteristics of the position of “teacher-librarian”, such functions as the implementation of the educational process in accordance with the main educational program of primary general, basic general , secondary (complete) general education, conducting training sessions. These functions are the direct duties of teachers and cannot simultaneously be included in the job responsibilities of another employee, even if one calls his place “teacher-librarian”, since one of his main functions is to work with the library fund and information resources.

Labor and other rights and obligations of teachers-librarians

According to the order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russia dated May 31, 2011 No. 448n, the section of qualification characteristics of educators, referred to as "Positions of teachers", was supplemented with the position of "teacher-librarian". It means that the vacancy "teacher-librarian" is assigned to the positions of pedagogical workers.

At the same time, attributing the position of a teacher-librarian to the category of educators does not in itself mean that the employee who will hold specified place, most of the guarantees established for teachers will automatically apply, since they are determined depending on the place they occupy, the type and type of educational institution and are regulated both directly by the legislative acts of the Russian Federation and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, which must be amended accordingly. regarding the position of teacher-librarian.

Consequently, the implementation of certain rights established by the legislation of the Russian Federation for teachers, is currently directly dependent on how quickly the necessary additions will be made to the relevant by-laws legal acts, and above all:

  • in order of the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia dated December 24, 2010 No. 2075 “On the duration of working hours (standard hours pedagogical work for the wage rate) of teaching staff” (entered into force on July 4, 2011), which regulates reduced hours of work teachers;
  • Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of October 1, 2002 No. 724 “On the duration of the annual main extended paid leave provided to teachers” (as amended and supplemented), which determines the duration of the annual main .

In addition, it is also necessary to introduce amendments and additions to other regulatory legal acts that determine the procedure for exercising the rights and measures of social support for teachers provided for in Art. 55 .

Thus, teachers of educational institutions, in the manner prescribed by the legislation of the Russian Federation, enjoy the right to receive pensions for length of service (early fixed old-age labor pension) until they reach retirement age.

At the same time, a labor pension in connection with pedagogical activity is assigned ahead of schedule if work has been carried out for at least 25 years in institutions and positions provided for in the List of jobs, professions, positions, specialties and institutions, taking into account which an old-age labor pension is early assigned. However, since the vacancy of a teacher-librarian is not provided for by the specified List, work in this position will not be taken into account when assigning this pension. To change the situation, the specified List must be supplemented, and in the case of a positive decision, the work experience required for her appointment for 25 years in certain positions in accordance with the List is required.

Teachers living and working in rural areas, workers' settlements (urban-type settlements) are entitled to reimbursement of expenses for housing, heating and lighting. The amount, conditions and procedure for reimbursement of expenses related to the provision of these measures of social support to teaching staff of educational institutions of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and municipalities, are established by the legislation of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and are provided at the expense of the budgets of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation. Whether teacher librarians will be able to use these measures of social support will depend on the legislative and other by-laws adopted in the constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

If federal educators public institutions the amount of monthly monetary compensation in order to facilitate their provision with book publishing products and periodicals is provided for in paragraph 8 of Art. 55 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Education", then the specified monetary compensation is paid to teachers of state educational institutions that are under the jurisdiction of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation by decision of the state authority of the constituent entity of the Russian Federation in the amount established by the specified body, and to pedagogical workers of municipal educational institutions - by decision of the local authority self-government in the amount established by the specified body.

In accordance with par. 3 p. 5 art. 55 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On Education", teachers of an educational institution at least every 10 years of continuous teaching work have the right to a long vacation for up to one year, the procedure and conditions for the provision of which are determined by the founder and (or) the charter of this educational institution, taking into account the list of positions, work in which is counted in the experience of continuous teaching work. If the teacher-librarian simultaneously conducts teaching work in the position of a teacher, in order to exercise this right under the specified conditions, it is necessary to provide for this position in this list.

Teachers of an educational institution, in accordance with federal state requirements for a minimum content of an additional professional educational program and the level of their professional retraining, have the right to undergo professional retraining or advanced training at least once every five years. These requirements are established by the federal executive body responsible for the development of state policy and legal regulation in the field of education.

Therefore, federal state requirements should be established for the minimum content of an additional professional educational program and the level of professional retraining of librarian teachers, and educational institutions implementing educational programs for professional retraining or advanced training should develop appropriate programs for librarian teachers, taking into account that in educational institutions of higher professional education do not train such specialists.

Thus, the basic rights of teachers, provided for by the Law of the Russian Federation "On Education", as well as academic, labor and other rights established by others federal laws, standard provisions on educational institutions of the corresponding types and types and other regulatory legal acts, can be extended to librarian teachers. As a rule, this is possible only on the basis of by-laws, the adoption of which must be initiated by the federal executive body implementing state policy in the field of education, as well as other authorized authorities.

In addition, it should also be taken into account that the rights and obligations of teachers established by the legislation of the Russian Federation should also apply to librarian teachers.

Certification of a teacher-librarian

The duties of teachers include the obligation to undergo certification in order to confirm the suitability of the position held, which is held once every 5 years for teachers who do not have qualification categories (first or highest). Such work, as well as for other employees, may be allowed during the main working hours, since it is not considered a part-time job and payable in the manner and under the conditions established for teachers.

Regulation of the conditions of remuneration of teachers-librarians

Unified wage system for teachers of state and municipal educational institutions, as provided for before January 1, 2005, when applied throughout the Russian Federation tariff scale, not currently installed.

In accordance with Art. 135 of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, the salary of an employee, including a teacher-librarian, is established employment contract in accordance with the current wage system of the employer.

Remuneration systems, including tariff rates, salaries ( official salaries), wage rates, additional payments and allowances of a compensatory nature (including for work in conditions that deviate from normal), as well as systems of additional payments and allowances of a stimulating nature and bonus systems are established by collective agreements, agreements, local regulations in accordance with labor legislation and other regulatory legal acts containing labor law norms.

Local regulations establishing wage systems are adopted by the employer, taking into account the opinion of the representative body of workers (the elected body of the primary trade union organization of this institution).

The conditions of remuneration determined by the employment contract cannot be worsened in comparison with the conditions established by the labor legislation and other regulatory legal acts containing labor law norms (collective agreement, agreements, local regulations). And the conditions of remuneration determined by the collective agreement (agreements, local regulations) cannot be worsened in comparison with the conditions established by labor legislation and other regulatory legal acts containing labor law norms.

So, in accordance with Art. 144 Labor Code of the Russian Federation municipal institutions should establish wage systems determined by collective agreements, agreements, local regulations in accordance with federal laws and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation, as well as laws and other regulatory legal acts of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and regulatory legal acts of local governments. These documents must not contradict the norms of federal legislation.

Consequently, appropriate changes should be made to regional and municipal regulatory legal acts on the issues of remuneration of educational workers, as well as to collective agreements of institutions and regulations on remuneration at school.

From the foregoing, it follows that the regulation of the issues of remuneration of teachers-librarians, including when working in rural areas, will be carried out in different ways: taking into account the norms of legislative and other regulatory legal acts of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and local governments (incl. hours, depending on their financial situation), as well as taking into account local regulations adopted directly by institutions.

In addition, it should be taken into account that if the system of remuneration for specialists of an educational institution is built on the basis of professional qualification groups for the positions of educators, approved by order of the Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russia dated 05.05.2008 No. is not currently provided for in this order. Consequently, the qualification level is not defined for this position, according to which the differentiation of official salaries (wage rates) of teachers is determined.

Given this circumstance, the All-Russian Trade Union of Education Workers proposed that the Ministry of Education and Science of Russia attribute the position of a teacher-librarian to the fourth qualification level of the professional qualification group of positions of educators, and also prepare necessary projects normative legal acts related to the regulation of the rights and measures of social support in relation to librarian teachers, which were indicated by the authors in this commentary.

I am a librarian teacher.

Essay

teachers of the basics of Orthodox culture

Ananova Irina Viktorovna.

“The soul is obliged to work,” said the poet.

And better than the library, perhaps, there is no island.

To open horizons and dreams

Here come me and you.

Since childhood, I wanted to see and experience everything that a person can see and experience. This, of course, did not happen. On the contrary, it seems to me that life was not rich in events and ran too fast.

But it seems that way until you start to remember. One memory draws another, then a third, a fourth. There is a continuous chain of memories.

I want to bring my current state of mind closer to that freshness of thoughts and feelings, which was characteristic of the days of my youth.

Youth exists for me as a judge of my current thoughts and deeds.

With age, they say, comes experience. It obviously consists in not letting everything valuable that has accumulated over the past time fade and dry out.

I won't go into detail about my life. She was different. Happy, carefree childhood in the parental home and the bitterness of defeat when entering KSMI. The joy of getting a job in the city children's library, which became my home for the whole 19 years. Happiness from entering the Kuban Institute of Culture. Busy student life. First love and happy marriage. The birth of a long-awaited daughter. Getting started in the school library. From the first day of my stay in the library, I realized two things: first, I made the right choice of profession, and second, the school has become my home. Today I cannot imagine my life without a noisy gang of girls and boys. Together with them, day after day, we climb to the top of knowledge, and I am happy, realizing that in the pursuit of knowledge they do not become crammed and bored, but develop as Personalities.

The modernization of the modern school, new approaches to the construction of education required appropriate information and library support, both the process of innovative transformations itself and constant library support for the educational and self-educational activities of teachers and schoolchildren. As a result, the influence of libraries in the education system began to be considered as one of the main components of the personality, the pedagogical component.

In our school, the library is the center of information, knowledge and leisure, and the librarian is regarded as a teacher and his activity includes two components: traditional library andinnovative pedagogical. After all, a school librarian is not just a librarian, first of all he is an educator, a healer of children's souls. In the dictionary of library terms, reading guidance is defined as follows: "... a targeted pedagogical impact on the content and nature of reading, on the choice of literature and the assimilation of what is read using various forms and methods of library activity." Analyzing my work, I see the one-sidedness of this formulation. Final result

the activities of the library does not at all affect the content and nature of reading, the choice of literature and the assimilation of what is read, and becoming development of a holistic, harmonious personality of the child: education of the need for reading, literary taste, personal perception of the work. For me, it is important not only to recognize that the child is capable, has the opportunity to read, understand, evaluate the book in his own way, and much more. It is important to expect further fruitful development of the young reader as a person capable of creative activity.

The pedagogical component was the educational function of the school library, which includes traditional areas - patriotic, aesthetic, environmental. It was in the work of the library that the sprouts of SPIRITUAL AND MORAL education appeared.

In 2000, on the occasion of the 200th anniversary of the first edition of The Tale of Igor's Campaign, together with the guys from the library club "Book and Theater", created by me in 1997, we prepared a theatrical performance "The Tree of Life". The guys themselves sewed costumes, prepared scenery. This work captured not only the participants of the performance, but also the most "inveterate hooligans". The boys ran to the library to make helmets for the main characters, cut out real shields, and then paint them, like Prince Igor himself. And when the swords were made, there could not have been without military battles. But we didn't have any casualties. After all, nothing brings people together like joint creativity. It has been 17 years since the appearance of our school theater. Its participants change, but "KiT" lives on and pleases the audience with its creativity. The performance “The Snow Queen” based on the fairy tale by G.Kh. Andersen was staged by the forces of the “whales”. The theme of fidelity, responsibility, love and friendship runs like a red thread through the entire performance. The light of the Christmas star leads Gerda through all the trials to the castle snow queen and helps to return to his father's house. In 2011, the children were attracted by the problem of the relationship between people and contemporary issues ecology and the future of our planet. The scenario of the Moscow schoolgirl L. Shilova "The Adventures of the Fool - Nyurochka" helped my "kittens" not only to understand this problem themselves, but also to tell the young viewers of our school about it.

It is impossible to educate a highly moral person without developing his spiritual, aesthetic needs. Therefore, all library activities are focused on creating an atmosphere of warmth, mutual trust and revelation. Complex and responsible work on spiritual and moral education can give positive results only when there is mutual contact between the teacher and the librarian. Joint work in our school began with extracurricular reading lessons. And the effect of the lesson increases many times if the biography of the poet is told by the librarian, and the children read poetry to the music. So we had lessons on the work of A. Akhmatova, B. Pasternak, M. Tsvetaeva. The guys themselves selected music for poems, looked for little-known material about

the lives of poets. The reading room turned into a literary drawing room, and the guests at our evenings were always parents. Indeed, without the support of parents, it is difficult to move the issues of managing children's reading and spiritual and moral education off the ground. Only by joining the efforts of teachers, librarians, parents and, of course, the children themselves, we were able to approach the deeper aspects of this problem, to support mutual interest in national and world cultural and spiritual heritage.

Orthodox culture is an invaluable part of our natural and cultural heritage, a living source, without which Russia does not and cannot have a future. In 2005, a group of like-minded teachers appeared in the Krasnodar Territory, ready to acquaint the younger generation with the diverse, rich and at the same time strict, morally uplifting world of religious spirituality. This is what the course “Fundamentals of Orthodox Culture”, introduced into the study programs for schoolchildren of MBOU secondary school No. 2 in Goryachiy Klyuch, is dedicated to. I, the head of the school library, was offered to take advanced training courses at the Kuban State University and to qualify as a teacher of the course "Fundamentals of Orthodox Culture", since in our school the work on spiritual and moral education was already actively carried out in the library. In my opinion, the acquaintance of children with Orthodox culture is a necessary condition for educating them in mercy, philanthropy and a sense of beauty.. Orthodoxy is an inexhaustible source of spirituality. From meetings with a teacher, children expect goodness and understanding, respect and justice, knowledge of themselves and others, the world around them, themselves in this world; often children need kind, wise advice from an adult who can be trusted with their problems. It is in this contact between the teacher and the children that the upbringing and development of a person is carried out. The story of the teacher should excite the soul of the child. It is important that a dialogue arises between the teacher and the children, and it is necessary to help each child to speak. Such communication occurs in OPK lessons and in library lessons when using the technology for developing critical thinking through reading and writing (RCCHP). I use this form of work for different age groups. With fifth-graders, we are holding a lesson-discussion on the fairy tale by G.Kh. Andersen "Angel". The lesson contributes to the formation of a Christian attitude towards the neighbor in children. It evokes feelings of love and compassion. A. Platonov's story "Colorful Butterfly" about strength maternal love and responsibility for one's actions is of equal interest, both among high school students and among younger teenagers. During the discussion, the guys build a Prediction Tree (simulate further events), they get the idea of forgiveness and atonement for guilt. We discussed this story with parents at the parent-teacher meeting, and with librarians at the city seminar.

It is known that the works of the holy fathers are a treasury of pedagogical art. The fathers and teachers of the Church have left us many invaluable thoughts and ideas, proven in practice by more than a thousand years of experience. One of the true luminaries of church pedagogy was John Chrysostom, the greatest preacher and theologian of his time. He believed that even before starting to study, it is necessary to lay the foundation of "good morality." The unity of education and training in the pedagogical concept of John Chrysostom is achieved through the lessons of wisdom. The concept of “love of wisdom” runs like a leitmotif through his creations. According to the saint, the first leader, laying the sprouts of wisdom in the child, is the mother. Later, when the child was growing up, wisdom needed not only parents, but also mentors and educators. Thus, according to John Chrysostom, wisdom is a Christian life, all the facets of which - spiritual, moral, intellectual, aesthetic, practical - are closely interconnected with each other. And their harmony, in turn, is achieved as a result of the unity of education and training. I took this system of education as a basis in my work. Many people remember the children's rhyme: “The king, prince, king, prince were sitting on the golden porch ... Who will you be?” And really, who are you? What will our next generation be like? Spiritless, callous people with sick souls, with poor physical health? Or will it be a generation of highly moral people with excellent health who will make our Russia a strong, rich, cultured country? Anxiety and pain for our future prompted like-minded teachers to create the “Flower-Semitsvetik” program at MBOU Secondary School No. 2. The purpose of the program was in-depth spiritual and moral education in our school. What is spiritual and moral education? This is help in finding a person's CONSCIENCE, RESPONSIBILITY, HOPE, FAITH, LOVE, HEALTH, CREATIVITY. These are 7 petals, each of which symbolized a certain direction of joint work. The subject “Fundamentals of Orthodox Culture” unites all areas. This is a collaborative effort between teachers. primary school(Maiseenkova T.A. - club "Seedlings", Ratushnaya A.B., Pankova N.A. - project "CARUSEL"), middle level (Skorobogatko N.A., Petryakova E.N.), senior classes (Deykina O.A., Stetsyuk M.S.), music teachers (Anisimova L.M.), club "KiT" (Ananova I.V.), technology teachers (Galanter L.I.), life safety and physical education teachers, librarians , teachers of the OPK and ORKSE (Ananova I.V., Ratushnaya A.B.). Within the walls of the school, a city seminar was held on the topic "Organization of the spiritual and moral education of schoolchildren." The teachers involved in the project showed their colleagues from other schools in the city various forms of work with children. It was a meeting of the Seyantsy club in the 3rd grade
