1.2. 3.1.2.3. 4.2. Organizations and sources of the recruitment of the state, municipal archive are grouped in the list in accordance with the exemplary classification scheme (), which is based on " All-Russian Classifier state authorities and management "OK 006-2011 (Skogu).

Each organization is assigned a sequence number on the list of source organizations of the public, municipal archive and index. 4.4. The formation for the approval of the new list of source organizations of the publication of the state, municipal archive is carried out on the basis of an already available in the archive, taking into account changes in it.

The newly included organizations are entered into the relevant sections, the subsections of the list of organizations and sources of the recruitment of the state, municipal archive. At the same time all its graphs are filled.

5. Procedure for consideration and approval

5.1. 5.2. Approval of the lists of organizations-sources of recruitment of state, municipal archives is carried out in the prescribed manner, respectively, by the head of the federal archive, head of the state archive of the subject of the Russian Federation, head of the local government body, head of the municipal archive.

The decision on the inclusion of the organization to the list of organizations-sources of the recruitment of the state, municipal archive is brought to the attention of the head of this organization in writing with an extract application from the EPA Protocol (CEPK).

5.3. 5.6. Changing the form of admission of documents of organizations-sources of recruitment of the state, municipal archive is possible according to the results of a special study of their documents or similar (similar) organizations. 5.7. Separate changes in the list of source organizations of the recruitment of the state, municipal archive are made to solve the EPA (CEPK) and are included in the list in working order.
